Meet Shirli,
the Co-Journeyer

The essence of life is what happens between birth and death.
We better make the best of it.

Dr. Shirli Ender-Buyukbay

I’ve always identified myself as a journeyer and a Co-Journeyer, accompanying other Journeyers like me, supporting them through their path. I was aware of my indispensable value, as well as theirs, in paving the roads through my path. Despite finding deep meaning, I had been taking up the Co-Journeyer’s role without notice or a purposeful intention.

Today, with the maturity and expertise of professional, academic and practical foundation, I am the Co-Journeyer, of and for anyone wishing to outgrow.

Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
– Confucius

It is my calling, to enlighten my fellow Journeyers, have them shine and energized; make them feel good and beautiful, both inside and out.

It is my passion, to walk alongside, with them, not leading or showing them the path, but being with them, exploring their journey together.

I am made to be a Co-Journeyer, beyond a mentor and more than a coach, to challenge and facilitate my Journeyers, encourage them to move out of their comfort zone and walk through their path with firm and confident steps.

The highest possible value creation may be possible through investing in people!

Supporting their growth and well-being leads to happier and more profitable workplaces.

Happy people learn better, create better and produce better.

The contrary, they are problem solvers, value creators, achievement fulfillers.”
